Being Polite

"mommy, mote" (remote), he hands the remote to me and says, "key-que" (thank you)!

While watching Special Agent Oso in the morning on the couch while drinking milk, Shannon hands Gavin his blankie, Gavin politely replies, "key-que" without even looking up.

"mommy, phone", he hands my cell to me and says, "key-que."

Another favorite of mine lately, not in the polite category, but just as cute: "igongitu." Translated from one word into it's regular sentence is "I'm going to get you." I say this to him when I am chasing him around. Now he has started sneaking up on me while doing every day chores and says, "igongitu" as he tackles me!
