The Party Has Arrived

Gavin rides his bike to the park. Upon arrival he spots a 4-yr old boy and a 3-yr old girl. As he approaches, he pretends to turn off his "motorcycle" and then reaches down to "fix it." When he's "fixed it" he stands up and says, "WHEW." Meanwhile, the boy and girl are watching him intently. He takes off his helmet and proceeds to say funny things that make the girl laugh, like "ding ding" which she just thinks is hilarious. Ladies and gentlemen, I think the party has arrived!

 

 Spinach

Gavin started eating raw spinach yesterday. This is unusual and a strange texture to get used to. I've been trying to get him to eat raw spinach for a long time. It just goes to show that you offer it enough, eventually they will learn to eat it. Even that really healthy stuff! Now maybe twenty more tries at eating beets and he'll get a taste for them as well!

Why?

The dreaded question, "Why" has begun.
Gavin and Shannon getting showered and ready for bed.
Gavin: I want to get out.
Shannon: Just a minute I need to wash.
Gavin: Why?
Shannon: Because I was washing you first.
Gavin: Why?
Shannon: I was really hoping we were going to skip this phase.
Gavin: Why?
Shannon: That's why.
