20 month fun developments

Gavin's vocabulary at almost 21 months is off the charts. He forms clear and nearly complete sentences and can get across pretty much whatever point he's trying to make. He is starting to understand pronouns; me, you, and I. Tonight Shannon burped and he said, "excuse daddy." The other day he counted to 10 all by himself. I nearly attacked him with kisses it was so amazing! He says his abc's all the way to letter G, then adds a few other letters in just the right spot as you sing the song. He is starting to sing, which is super cute. He sings some words to the themes of his favorite cartoons and then some to other nursery rhymes we've been singing all along. There is nothing more adorable than a little boy learning to sing! He has a new obsession with "choo-choo Thomas" and "look airplanes, cool!" Shannon has model airplanes and Gavin sits in front of them naming all their parts and making airplane noises. He's a handful, no doubt, but he's so amazing to watch. How he literally pieces together things and is aware of ALL of his surroundings. Everyday he goes on a new adventure and he takes me with him. How cool is that?
