Gavin's First ER Visit

I normally don't write about the sad stuff but more the funny stuff, but it goes on record today that G had his first ER visit. While I was in the Dr. Gavin was playing with daddy in the waiting room, he wasn't paying attention and fell and hit his mouth between two chairs. Blood was all over Shannon's shirt when I came out of the office and Gavin's mouth was swollen and distorted. So we took him to the ER. He seems to be ok other than it being sore. He's starting to bruise and his upper lip is swollen. His tooth appears to be ok but is dried with blood right now so it's hard to tell. Right now I'm listening to him try and put daddy to bed, "lay down daddy, cover up, close eyes, night night daddy." So I don't think he's feeling to terrible, but then again maybe the Motrin finally kicked in.
