A few months ago Gavin started to say, "I want in it" when we read a good book or watch a good TV show. I forgot to blog about it until he started saying it again. He especially wants to go into any book with contruction vehicles or trains! "I want in it, mommy." Oh if only we could all escape into other people's lives through books and movies. I agree Gavin, I want in it too!
Whisper Sweet Goodness
Lately bedtime has been a long two hour fiasco of excuses and
procrastination. Tonight's two hour charade was worth it when he asked
me to snuggle. And as I lay down beside him and snuggle down tight, he
whispers, "I love you so much and I love daddy too." My heart swells
and then he says, "I'm hungry, I want dinner." Ahh, here we go again.
