Heels

Gavin and Shannon are walking behind a woman in heels leaving the ball fields for practice today.

Gavin says in his never quiet voice, "Daddy, you know what heels get you?"

Shannon wanting to say, 'let's talk about this later' doesn't have a chance to reply before Gavin says, "They get you taller."

The woman overhearing this turns around and says, "He just made my day" Shannon replies to the woman, "I'm not gonna lie, I was afraid how that was going to go." She laughs and says, "I was questioning whether he had a filter or not too."
