What's So Funny?

On the second night in our hotel stay at Great Wolf Lodge we put Gavin to bed an hour past his normal bedtime in the playpen just around a little half wall past our bed. We knew he needed it to be quiet and dark so he could go to sleep so we watched a movie on the Mac with our headphones on. It was a hilarious comedy so some of the parts were impossible to keep from laughing out loud. As I giggled, Gavin would shout around the wall, "What's so funny mommy?" This made Shannon giggle. We quieted down and soon another giggle escaped me, "What's so funny mommy?" Almost an hour later, Gavin is still awake and playing in his playpen and I have to laugh out loud again, this time he asks, "Hey, what's funny?" He really seemed to feel he was missing out on some silent joke on the other side of the room. Eventually he passed out from exhaustion only to wake at his regular time, bright and early the next morning, ready to go again!
