We took Gavin to his first movie today, Shrek Forever After. We found out the base theater here offers free movies with free popcorn and soda and thought this would be a great way to sample the movie theater without paying the big bucks. He talked a little bit throughout the movie, but when the people around you are paying zilch to see the movie, we weren't that worried about it! He spilled his bag of popcorn on the floor and covered his shirt with soda, but we brought a change of clothes and some backup snacks so we were all good! He loved it! The movie was during nap so after the movie on the way to the car he had a meltdown and cried the 3 min drive home saying, "I want to go again." I think our first movie in the theater was a success!
