Not A Princess

We went to the Broadmoor yesterday for our 10 year wedding anniversary photos. I was able to wear my original wedding dress and Shannon his original mess dress only now with medals and rank.  Our babysitter helped me with my hair.  We had a great time. Shannon and I were laughing and playing and I really think the photographer got some great shots.  The Broadmoor is such a beautiful place for photos.  Everyone kept telling us congratulations and that we looked great. We even got applause once!  I had little girls coming up to me telling me they had to see the princess. Gavin told a group of girls, "She's not a princess, she's my mommy."  He, by the way, was in a very sour bratty mood.  We were so glad we brought the babysitter along to watch him because he took off running from us several times.  Is it too early for reform school?
