Tornado Obsession

Gavin has started a tornado obsession. I'm not sure when it started or exactly how, but over the cruise he wanted to watch Storm Watchers every night when we arrived to our rooms.  He would get upset when they wouldn't find a tornado on their chase.  He has a book about the states in the US. In the book he searches for the states that have frequent tornadoes. He explained to me that CO doesn't usually have tornadoes because the mountains stop them, but Kansas has lots because it's flat and has no mountains so the wind keeps going and going until it forms a tornado.  On the cruise ship, when we would talk to strangers about where we were from he would tell them he was born in OK and when he was a baby there was a tornado and he had to go under the ground.  I guess I better go to the library and find some books to educate him about tornadoes!
