Gavin Gets to Have Dinner with His Hero!

Last weekend we had dinner with Katie and Matt (Radar) the F16 pilots that Gavin has been idolizing because they live out his "dream job."  He immediately started snooping their house for the said F16 memorabilia. Within minutes Matt had him in an F16 helmet and G suit. He was all smiles as he found model airplanes he could play with. He loved the meal, played with their dog, played pool, and the rest of the evening Matt and Katie got to play airplanes! Yes, I am sure they have never had a more exhausting evening dinner with guests as this.  Each of us had a model plane and were flying our planes around the room taking turns being good guys and bad. 

The only person or animal that night not exhausted was Gavin. He could have played with his heroes all night long. He even asked to stay the night. When we finally did crash that night, I'm sure his dreams were filled with airplanes!
