This morning Gavin made me laugh so hard. Gavin always hunts for the Ipad to watch cartoons in the morning and we have to hide it from him of course. He asks me where is it? I don't answer and he does a perfect imitation of his dad's angry voice, "Where is it?" I can only describe this in words as a 'where is it' that comes with flying spit out of gritted teeth, lips unmoving, and a furrowed brow, a very serious, angry sound. Then he adds immediately a sweet, "I'm not mad."
Later when I tell him he needs a haircut, that he's starting to look like Chewbacca, he turns and makes a silly sound I also can't describe that sounds like a very tiny baby Chewbacca. It was absolutely a moment I was glad to be there for! Cracks me up!
